Attitude of Gratitude - Chiropractors

Oohhh ... what a great month to show one's gratitude.  November is always a month to truly reflect on one's many blessings.  For my gratitude posts I am really trying to think of the things I am grateful for that one just doesn't focus on as much as others.  So, this week I want to express my gratitude for ... drum roll please ... chiropractors.  I know ... sounds funny right?  But seriously ... for the past five years I have been getting my daily headaches again.  I hate those.  Migraines are no good.  Me no likey.   When I would try exercising, it would aggravate things and do more harm than good.  Ummm ... I NEED to exercise.  I don't want to be in this physical condition forever, you know?  I have a game plan I want to conquer and it's not gonna happen without exercising.  Another thing, when I would look in the mirror, it was physically noticeable to ME that I was off kilter.  Then my right hip started giving me grief and it got to the point that it was so painful that I was limping and having to take something every 6 hours.  Finally on the day we were to leave on vacation, I couldn't stand it anymore.  I was able to get into the local chiropractor here.  He thinks I just need a tune up as I have been in two car accidents (neither one my fault by the way). It took a few days after being adjusted for the hip to calm down, but SO much better.  And my headaches are getting better too.
Had another appointment yesterday.  Aaahhhh ... continuing down the road to better health and happiness ... :D  So, to all you chiropractors out there ... thanks :D  Now, all my local guy needs to fix is my adverse reaction to whatever it is down here that makes my face peel a layer of skin every day.  I guess I can look at it as a free face peel ... uh ... no.  And hey! Wanna figure out why I am sneezing year round in this valley???  That would be good too - thanks!  So get crackin' ... and I mean more than backs!  heh heh heh heh
